By ordering from us, you benefit from free delivery in France and Belgium and we give you 14 days after receipt of the package to return the item in question to us. To do this, contact us by email, and we will refund your order in full.

We offer a 12 month warranty for every order placed in our online store. This includes repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, claim settlement proposal.
The fabric flag can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C with a mild detergent without bleaching agents (bleach, chlorine, etc.). Softener is recommended for better buoyancy.
To avoid any deterioration and rust stains on the flag, check that there are no metal parts before washing it. Finally, dry your flag by hoisting it up a pole or flat on a clothes dryer.
Be careful, never put your flag in the dryer , it could become deformed.
To track your package, it's very simple! We will send you regular emails about the progress of your order and a tracking number once the package has been shipped.
Our packages will arrive in your mailbox, during the opening hours of your local post office. If you are not present during delivery, a delivery notice will be left, and you can collect your package at the nearest post office.
